By accessing and using ZPLPDF ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
ZPLPDF provides online tools for converting ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) code to PDF format, viewing ZPL labels, and validating ZPL code. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) use automated systems to access the Service without permission; (e) upload malicious code or content.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZPLPDF and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your ZPL code and converted documents remain your property. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
Different subscription tiers have different usage limits. Free accounts are limited to 25 PDF conversions per month with up to 100 labels per PDF. Pro accounts have higher limits as specified in the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZPLPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
